Follow and complete the checklist below. On certain occasions, you will also be asked to help the QC / Catcher team. Please make sure to review Section 2 as well.

Section 1

• Watch each of these training videos (replay if necessary): Screen Reclaim Training Videos

• Screen Reclaim Training Video Playlist

• Remove ink from screens, put them back into their respective containers & wipe containers

• Remove tape from screens and wipe down frames to ensure they are completely clean of ink

• Stage screens by mesh count before beginning the screen reclaim process

• Review Screen, Mesh, Emulsion (Crash Course) 

• Review SOP: Reclaiming Screen with Eco-Tex

• File PANTONE inks back onto shelves in numerical order

• Review SOP: Cleaning Squeegees and Floodbars

• Review SOP: Water Filter Maintenance (Check Daily)

• Review SOP: Water Tank Drain

• Review SOP: Transport Tank Drain

• Review Priority Checklist: Reclaim
